What does the $79 mobile diagnostic visit include?
It includes travel within the standard service area, an initial diagnosis of the problem, and a clear explanation of your repair or replacement options. Parts and additional repair labor are quoted separately before work continues.
How does the $50 repair credit work?
A $50 credit from the diagnostic fee is applied to qualifying repair labor of $149 or more when you approve the repair during the diagnostic visit. The credit applies to labor, not parts.
Is there an additional travel charge?
No additional travel charge applies within Emmett, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, Eagle, Meridian, or Boise. For surrounding communities, any extended-area charge will be quoted and approved before the appointment is scheduled.
Will any repair work begin without my approval?
No. JT will explain the findings, recommended work, expected labor, and any needed parts first. You decide whether to continue before additional charges are incurred.
What kinds of technology can JT help with?
JT works with Windows computers, laptops, Macs, printers, Wi-Fi and home networks, new-device setup, backups, data transfers, malware cleanup, and many everyday technology problems.
